From child to adult, most of us grew up on the story that took place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. The Jedi philosophy has a certain motivational element to it that can bring out the good in all of us – even in the worst scenarios. It was Chad Hamlin and Kenny Fisher’s love for Star Wars that brought this instant element66 classic to life. At the heart of DEGOBAH!’s lyrics, Kenny ingeniously embedded a deep seeded message of hope for the future of humanity. “We discover we can reshape reality just by believing, just by willing it real.” The lesson to be learned from DEGOBAH! is that if you truly believe, then you can reshape reality – anything is possible.

Today’s social media has given the masses a platform from which to express their emotions and opinions. Some would call this empowering and say that it is a good thing, but many people have become so focused on their internet presence that a digital footprint might be the only thing that they leave behind.
As more and more people become obsessed with showcasing the trivial and mundane aspects of their mediocre lives, they log out of reality and into the cyber-world, becoming nothing more than numbers in the machine.
Having Jeremy Metelak take the lyrical and vocal reins on this song brought a new level of intensity to the project. Jeremy not only wrote the lyrics and sang this brutally honest song, but he also did all of his own vocal mixing. NUMB3RS released with the February 2019 LooNurGooSe album ‘Witch Hunt.’ The finished product turned out to be one of the most powerful LooNurGooSe collaborations yet.
